I haven't seen anything like this. It's always plus when someone comes up with fresh ideas. It's lovely how Tenchi grew up with his future wife watching over him. I thought it was sweet Tenchi and Ryoko learned sign language together. You really did a brilliant job writing on this. It's an adorable story. Thanks for sharing.

AAAAwwww, now this was sweet, I actually have a tear in my eye I am that touched. Ryoko was always my favorite, followed by Washu and Mihoshi. But this fits perfectly with the simple, but profound premise of Tenchi always being able to see her.

Tenchi learning sign language for Ryoko and vice versa was another really sweet moment of them overcoming a barrier to their love.

The girl trying to move in on Tenchi sounds like a protoype version of Ayeka and I'm glad Tenchi was able to realize who mattered to him in the end.

Ok, I'm officially crying now because this story has moved me, I am not ashamed to admit it. The moment they finally get to hold each other and stay together throughout the night...and the rest of their lifes was well told indeed.

My only complaint, such as it is, is that this was an excellently written and tied off one-shot that wont' turn into a greater story, as I have a feeling it would be amazing.

This is actually sweet. Still I have no idea how this will effect the rest of the series... out side of it not being a harem (since he is already with one girl and unlikely to date any one else). still this was a good story making use of an interesting idea.

Fun story, but why did you specify ASL when there is a JSL? Theres even a weekly program on Japanese TV to learn their sign language.

Hm...I'd like to see how this changes the entire series. I mean, I can imagine it, but I wonder how you would have it changed.

aw, that was rlly good! and rlly well written! its a rlly good form of the whole tenchi story. i think the only thing u could add is try to make ryoko a little more tough or something, just make sure shes IC. otherwise, it was great! i loved the first words she said to him :P as in out loud and not with sign. yeah... keep writing!
