Most of history's greatest military leaders were slightly mad. True fact. The Napolionic Wars, the Thirty Years War, and World War 2 are some of the best examples of this.

Ah, so there are some Heroscape stories out there. I thoroughly enjoyed this one, even though it was a one-shot; it provides a good look at Utgar's relationship with Runa and Taelord. Also, Runa's statement about "rolling the dice" was a nice play on words.

Nice story. Utgar would be someone to fear no matter who you are and that can be said about his favorites as well. You got the characters down well. Good job.

This has to be one of my favorite fics of any type. Perfectly orchestrated. Nothing I can say in the vein of constructive criticism here. Fantastic.
