Since I read "All The Broken Pieces," I have been totally and irrevocably hooked. This sequel was turning out to be so very good. It's a difficult thing to out-do your first story with its sequel. But I think you were going to.

I just wish you hadn't given it up. This story needs to be written. It needs to.

You have been setting the stage from the beginning, and it all has been leading up to this.

Please do not abandon this story. It deserves to be told. And these wonderful characters you have given us deserve that to.

It is a very hard thing to return to something you have not thought about in years. You can get emotionally detached and loose your connection to it. Believe me, I know.

But, I if you re-read your "All The Broken Pieces" and go back to where it all began, I think you might find what you need to finish what you started.

Okay I loved Broken Pieces and this has the potential to be such a great sequel. Iruka at ANBU level going into Sound and faking the always loyal student of Orochimaru makes me so excited every time I think about it (yes I've read your fics more than once). Does Iruka tell Orochimaru that he figured out it was Hayate who betrayed their sensei (because he's dead and thus beyond revenge and that also keeps Anko safe)? How far does Iruka have to go to get Orochimaru's trust again? How will Iruka convince Sasuke the error of his choice in time? (Because he does save Sasuke, right?) How does Genma hint to Kakashi that this is a super secret mission and to not do anything drastic? And how do the rest of his loved ones find out it was a mission and save him/welcome him back in turn? I'm full of burning questions and ideas. I really, really, really wish you had felt the inspiration to continue this through to the end.

Please please please, the next one! Something, anything, you can't stop now!

Oh the heartbreak... I don't even know if its for Kashi and Iruka or mine anymore! Oh damn. Ok I understand perfectly well how one can be stuck and stop when writing a story. I've been stuck and had stopped for almost 3 years so I know... I didn't even notice the years... so I have to tell you that it's perfectly ok! Not the stopping mind you... but it's ok to come back... or to take more time, Real life is real afterall but PLEASE! PLEASE tell me you're at least still considering continuing this... please?

Guys, I don't think I can completely handle this. This makes me want to cry and pound my head into a wall...

Reggie, or whatever your name is, your writing is phenomenal. The raw emotion and feeling emanating from your words is so unbelievably powerful it honest-to-God makes me empathize so strongly with any and all characters in this story and has the ability to bring me to my knees and make me cry like there's no tomorrow with a few words. The content of this story is amazing, and it literally feels like an arc in Naruto. How you write, and how you capture even the smallest details about these characters and their pasts and so on feels so real to me. The suspension of disbelief is strong and immaculately held and it just makes me sit in awe of the talent for words and content you display even in these 4 chapters alone! GAH! You make me cry way too much for it to be fair! Anyhoo, I really love this story and I hope you can update soon. Or else I suppose I'll have it simply curl up in a fetal position in the corner of a room somewhere and wait while slowly going through the stages of withdrawal that come with not being able to continue reading such a phenomenal story... So yeah. I really like updates... (hint hint)

Oh goodness gracious. This is literally killing me. Every time Kakashi suggests his unwavering faith, oh my god it makes me want to cry! I can tell that when this story wraps up, it'll be one of the most epically wonderful stories ever written on . Really. I'm a little scared of how their relationship will far throughout such a harrowing experience, but I have complete faith in you as an author, that you will weave this story so intricately and beautifully I will have to keep a tissue box next to my computer at all times (not that I don't already...). Either way, I love this story (although I am really nervous for them... Seriously. I have butterflies in my stomach just from reading this chapter) and I can't wait to see where this goes (although I am also only slightly dreading it...)

Oh my God. This is really intense, and I feel God-awful for Iruka. I mean, he's sacrificing the life he built in Konoha and his relationship with Tsunade to save exactly what he sacrificed. It's so overwhelmingly and pretty much unbearably tragic and yet so poetic in a way I don't really know! GAH! You're making me cry like there's no tomorrow!

I've read All the Broken Pieces and I've begun reading this sequel and I just want to tell you, that you are a wonderful writer. I hope you continue to work on this story as much as you can because I really want to find out if Iruka comes back alive!
