if you complicate things, it is possible you wont know how to finish the story. As I see now, you introduced one element or too early or non-important for your story. So you can delete the last chapter and Bella stay in England or you can introduce into your story much much later. There you have a plot if you have one of the wolves imprint on Harry and then all are a part of the story.

There's only one bit I was confused on- where you talked about soccer? In England, we have football and rugby. We don't have soccer.

Soccer is what you Americans call our British football. We don't have American 'Football' but obviously, most of us know what it is as it looks similar to our rugby. Does that make any sense?
