Maybe it wasn't your best work or wasn't what you wanted but I liked it. All of it! I especially liked the last paragraph where the real Blair wants to come home. I hope they all said "YES!"
Guest chapter 4 . 8/2/2011
Great story I loved it
Starfishyeti chapter 1 . 7/26/2011
I fail to see how treating an adult as a child is valid behaviour except when it fulfill some people's desire for dominance and control. It certainly doesn't help the person become more independent or overcome their feeling of inadequacy. And does Blair ever have the chance of showing his disapproval of his 'protector's' actions or is it only the 'adults' who have the right? I mean how many times has he pulled Jim's chestnuts out of the fire?

I understand the attraction of having a vulnerable Blair being looked after by those big, buff MC detectives, but quite frankly he simply sounds like a whiny teenager instead of an adult (who's been looking after himself since 16) doing his PhD and stepping into the violent life of a cop and the others sound like mushy, control freaks.

Having spouted my opinions on the subject, I find that the story itself is well written except for little errors like cascade instead of Cascade, what does 'indivertibly' mean? etc...

I am glad you decided to finish this story. I love the relationships you have between Blair and the guys very engaging and original. You can build off this story and I hope you come back to it sometime.
Terry Kay chapter 4 . 7/24/2011
Thank you, thnak you, thank you for coming back and finishing this story! Not a bad end at all and it still leaves room for more or a sequel.
twohisglory2002 chapter 4 . 7/23/2011
I was so thrilled to see an update on this story. Before I read the update I decided to read the whole story over again. Glad I did too. That was quite a chapter, I was so sad when the Real Blair was no where in sight. I felt so sorry for the guys and especially Jim, as I could tell they were really lost and missing Blair and the way he used to be. The ending was kind of abrupt but I was thrilled that the old Blair was back so for me that made it a great finish for this story. I enjoyed reading this story and I Thank You for sharing it.

Bless... poor Blair, don't leave him (us)like this - time for the guys to bring him home; time to tell them (us) about his childhood - bring on the comfort/Angst!

Awesome story. I love insecure Blair, he's totally angsty and sweet. I love the idea of the whole team acting like his older brothers and protecting him. This is incredibly heat-warming and a lovely read. I hope you update soon! Keep us posted!

Have nic days,

~Sarah
