So you're telling me a Darlek is scaring a population who occasionally have to deal with ruby dragons on their way to the nearest city.

Compairing canon facts a darlek would be about enough of a threat to be dangerous below level 13. Higher then that and it's one hit kills all the way. Hell one of the space armies still wouldn't be more dangerous then old Sin was.

This story is ridiculous. And not brilliantly written, too much bland description of events stops them from having any real impact.

Make it make sense. Try to improve the writing.
