I am looking for fanfic where Bella is Carlisle's daughter changed right when he disappeared (changed into a vampire) and she was looking for him. Then she found out what she became and continued to look for her father, along the way she sees Edward dying and meets Jasper and Alice. Then she finds the Cullen's house and sees a pic of Carlisle hugging Rosalie on her wedding day and that he has married Esme. She thinks he's forgotten her/replaced her and breaks the picture frame. Then she hears the Cullen's coming back and hides but Esme and the rest of the family finds her. Then she sees her father again and they become a family but Bella still doesn't trust anyone else, and is sad when Carlisle has to work because she has been too long without him and then in the latest chapter she finally thinks of Esme as a mother and Esme is happy but please help me find the fanfic.
