I love the personalities you put in all the characters, I can see them being that way more than what they are in a lot of other stories. I enjoyed these a whole bunch, so I will add my favorite to the lot!

great chapter!

This chapter is so sweet. I like that Isshin came over- it was a funny, enjoyable moment when both Kurosaki men entered the door. Er- that sounded bad. What I mean is I like Isshin's fatherly enthusiasm and Ichigo's hilarious reactions. I love the image of them sitting against the door- makes me want to look up fanart.

nice. very nice. my favorite part was when Byakuya came out and talked to Ichigo. amazingly written and nice plot : D

Oh god, I started laughing so hard when Ichigo and Rukia began to have sex, because "Closer" By Nine Inch Nails came on O_o Trust me, if you have no idea why i was laughing, look up the lyrics to it.

I loved the emotion in the second chapter so so much! Rukia's nervousness/hurt was so cute and I loved them sitting on opposite sides of the door! And of course the first chapter was also superb!

The things that stood out to me the most in this last chapter was your great writing! I really liked the intro and description of Ichigo smoking, and then the whole thing about music and dancing after Byakuya's scene! And I also thought it was awesome to find an idea in this story that I've always thought about. In a lot of fanfics it seems that Byakuya has to go through a lot of, usually painful, persuasion to finally give Ichigo permission to be with Rukia, and yet I've always thought that Byakuya secretly likes Ichigo and would totally approve of their relationship! Well I don't want to rant on about this but I basically liked this side of Byakuya that you wrote about where he approves of Ichigo because Ichigo had already proven his worth in the soul society arc.

So all in all, you wrote a great three chapters! I enjoyed all of them so keep up the good work and I'll definitely be reading more of your stuff :)

It's so hard to find good IchiRuki fic that isn't sloppy. I really feel that if these two were to end up together it would happen this way. You did a fabulous job of capturing these two characters. Fantistic work! Keep it up!

Tonight appears to be the night for catching up on good short stories - I've read one that impressed me from MatsuMama, and it appears your story list was not to be outdone tonight.

Not too many stories try to tackle what Ichigo & Rukia's relationship would be like if they had one while they (well, Ichigo) would be older, out of their teen years. For that reason, reading the byplay between the two was wonderful to see.

Betrothal this chapter? That was hilarious, especially with how it actually went down. Then...the three men with advice for Ichigo. The way you wrote it almost seemed to resemble a male version of the Three Fates, with how you had Shunsui, then Renji, then Byakuya.

Shunsui's "bad uncle" sort of advice was amusingly in character for him, and he was a good first for Ichigo's chorus of advice. Renji being second, passing the torch (as you put it, handling the situation between the one who gold medal, and the one who got the silver required kid gloves) was great to see, with your implications that Renji was still (mostly) in control of himself enough to keep it relatively short, and it was amusing to see that he wanted to say more.

And then there was the Scary Older Brother of the Bride. Byakuya's reasons make sense, as does his reason for giving Ichigo shit since that time he stormed Soul Society to save the sister he felt he couldn't. This right here makes me wonder what he'd be like as a brother-in-law for Ichigo - and just how fast he'd have an anyeurism when he met Isshin.

Even though there isn't an overarcing plot there (apart from "Ichigo & Rukia are older and get married lol"), seeing snippets of their lives like this was rewarding to see, and I sincerely hope you end up adding the odd chapter here and there between other works - I'd like to see what their future might be like from your eyes.
