So what evil plan do you have planned for Sky to fulfill and is Sinell playing a two edged sword or is he really just a pawn in Sky's game plan? Will Caron be able to find something in John's blood to help him ward off Sky? Did Sinell leave enough notes for them to find a counter for her?

Will Sinell know the history of these people? Is something in their history the key to destroying her? And will John ever come to his senses or does he think Sky is a subconscious of Ereshkigal, ie., she is a 2nd person in one body and Esrehkigal is just an evil entity that took over Sky's body nd soul?
What role is Elizabeth going to play in this to get them out of this jam, or is she jus a helpless victim?
And why was Sky on a planet full of raptors, if she was undercontrol by that chip what purpose did putting her in stasis serve?

Just a suggestion, use a break somewhere to signify a change of place of something. when you transitioned to the scene with Sky, I was confused, then realized a few sentences later you were changing the subject.
Otherwise it was a good short page of information.
Will Elizabeth find out what is in their archives to know why their allegiances have begun to change? How are you going to get the Lanteans and Elizabeth back together?

Sinell a holograph or real person raised from stasis? Will Sinell recognize John as the most alpha "ancient" in existence in this time frame? Do all of the feline people think as the keeper or just the one that sees beyond? Can Sinell separate Sky from Ereshkigal, ie., is there a cure so to speak? Some philosophies believe what can be created can be uncreated...

Great story, but I do hope you won't keep me waiting another year for another chapter. I presume some of John's issues with Sky is that she is an enchantress, somewhat like Merlin was an enchanter. Does she or will she have some sort of magic within her? why is it that John is entranced by her, but no one else is? Will you have him find a cure for himself against her ways? How did the Ancients manage to change her personality to some degree and why would the old ancient place in her a chip that would return her to herself if he knew she was a danger to everyone? How did the feline like race come into play with her and why would she be interested in them? Do they have some remarkable ability that makes them a factor? What happened in their history for them to hate the Ancients so much that they follow her blindly or is she enslaving them with the crystal? And what exactly does that crystal room that only she can walk in do? And the device she controls where does it come from? What is she? If she's not an Ancient offshoot and she isn't one of the feline creatures where does she come from? Are there more like her or did she evolve into what she was because of the crystals? What is Weir's purpose, other then maybe to force John into doing something? And if she hates Ancients so much and John is of Ancient blood, why is she attracted to him? This has the potential for a very long and convoluted story, I do hope you will put out regular updates...

What could that mean for shepherd?

Is she still sky, but why contact the wraith?

Was she ever really under the device or memory loss?
