Mas e interessante a dinâmica entre eles.

Thanls for this story, even if it seems to be abandonned it was a fun read and really well written. I hope you will one day take it up again, I would love to read more of it.

So I'm going to go through this story properly when I have a chance despite it not being updated in a while but right now I'm a little disappointed.

I've skimmed a lot of the previous chapters and the summary is a complete mis-sell of the story. The summary says that Luke gets an offer to go back into the past and he accepts. So the reader is going to expect that Luke will end up in the past pretty early on in the story. Instead, what the reader is given is the story of Luke's journey into trying to find a way to change history. It's a subtle but major difference.

Let's put it this way; it's like saying a story is that of the Avengers fighting against Thanos' invasion of New York (Avengers 1) yet what we get is the entirety of MCU Phase 1 and THEN the actual Avengers plot.

As I said, a total mis-sell regardless of how actually well written this story is.

I'm also not a fan of Hatu. I'm utterly confused at how he's written in chapter 12 since it comes across as trying to have your cake and eat it too. He's basically acting like a wise and cryptic master with all the answers yet admits it's part bullshit when called on it, complains that Yoda of the past is a stubborn wise and cryptic master who believes he has all the answers and all the while telling Luke that he could go back into the past but shouldn't at the same time.

I think the issue here is that you've got him talking so cryptically on top of being the character trying to give specific instructions on the journey and that is a very fine line to walk. There's a reason why Yoda is both a beloved SW character but can also be believably written as an utter arsehole who refuses to listen to anyone and thinks only his opinions matter. The cryptic one-liners only go so far until they're used as a crutch for the master to be able to point at someone and say "you failed because you didn't listen to me even though what I said didn't make sense or help you."
So yeah, Hatu sounds like someone who knows Luke has to go back into the past but who might mess things up and is trying to cover his bases so that he can either point out how much he helped or point out where Luke should have listened to him depending on what Luke does.

I don't say this to be mean. I say this because it all goes back to the biggest issue with the story - It's not what the summary promises. It's a totally different one. To use a different franchise as another analogy, it's like you've promised the last leg of Frodo's journey to Mount Doom and instead wrote out the entire journey of the Fellowship.

You pretty much only had to start the story here (Chapter 13) and it would have been perfect. Everything before this could have been put in a side story or flashbacks and it wouldn't have hurt Shattered at all.

This is sooooooo good! I admit I was a bit confused at first, with chapter after chapter of Luke’s future life spiraling worse and worse and wondering just when is the time travel part supposed to begin, but now I fully understand why all of that information and backstory was so very important! Wonderful job and dearly hope you finish this one day! I love Anakin and Luke’s father-son relationship, with Anakin trying to order around a decades older than him Luke, lol!, and I am very excited to see Anakin beginning to see through Palpatine’s mask! Again, great job! And don’t give up! Still tons of readers out here, old and new, who would love an update someday and are willing to wait for it!

I would put this review in the last chapter, or the ones previous, but I've already reviewed them all lol. This story is my love and my light. Dark times are on us, and still it is the warmth on cold nights. Every time I reread it, I note something new. I love it to death. Always.

It's a shame this story hasn't been updated in so long, but then I'm kind of a hypocrite for saying so, as I have plenty of stories that need updates too lol. Still, absolutely enthralling tale and I eagerly look forward to whenever you get the chance to dabble in this story again.

It was a little slow going to start with, But it picked up and i was disappointed to get to the end. I'm guessing Luke or Anakin are going to run onto Obi-Wan very soon.
It is a nice well written Story, with plenty of funnys. Like the one where the bounty Hunter says Anakin was looking green, and the bit with Obi-Wan in the bush!
Great Story, and please continue it.

Damn...to bad you stopped writing. It was a pleasure to read all of this, the characters seem so real and so dead on! I loved your Obi-Wan depiction hiding from Mace Windu like a scared little Padawan, great image! Hope you update some day. Great job!

This makes things both simpler AND harder!

Something tells me that the Force has decided that Luke's path to revelation and wisdom will be the long and hard one!
