I really liked this. You can tell a lot about a person by studying their hands, and you've captured the differences perfectly. I like the notion that in Jack's future, people don't allow their hands to age, just like so many people now have plastic surgery to keep their faces and bodies from showing signs of aging.

And the ending is perfect. Because at this point, he really doesn't know anything about Ianto (beyond Lisa and London). But as long as the pulse is there, he doesn't really need to know anything more.
