I simply loved this. Light, fluffy Kirk/Bones friendship is the best. And "giant polar bear-bug" was probably the best line of description I've heard in a long while. XD Loved the characterisation here. Great work!

McCoy and Kirk are such good friends that the doctor knows when to push something and when not to. Even though the ordeal on Delta Vega was true I'm not surprised that McCoy thought that Kirk's explanation didn't make any sense. They will both obviously have a very interesting time while onboard the Enterprise.

Great depiction of the friendship and history between Kirk and McCoy. Kirk was very much in character and awesome, as usual.
