Bella certainly didn't act like a virgin in this one-shot. I'm not sure during what time period this story is set in, but you mentioned dancing balls, courting, calling on someone, a war - so I'm thinking, maybe, Old West style.

OK, I say that you continue this one-shot into a full story. Except that you throw in an almost-immediate twist. Bella has, indeed, moved to live with her Aunt Elizabeth, but only because she had a bit of a rep back wherever she came from as a trollup (or whatever time period equivalent term). And Bella informs Edward that, while she enjoyed what they just did, he was by no means her first nor will he be her last - and he's free to call on her as long as he realizes that he won't be the only one. So Edward will have to set about persuing her - which will NOT be easy for him, to be certain.

Hi, this is Mary(eternally addicted) winner f CM's one-shot. I just wanted to tell you myself that I think this is awesome! I wish there was more Bella and Edward fanfic in this time period. I have only read one besides this one and the name of it is Only Human by Amethyst Jackson. It starts in present day, but when Bella makes a special birthday wish it sends her back in time. I really enjoyed it. but you did great with this. I hope that you decide to continue it on. And if you do and want any help just let me know. I an scared to do by my self, but would love to help you anyway I can. CM said you have another story you are working on and posting soon.
