To be honest, I felt like that ended abruptly. There wasn't really a climax, and there wasn't much to do with the Mirror of Erised. Furthermore, the school year did not end, unlike the Harry Potter books.
Other than that, I really liked this. The writing was similar to J.K. Rowling's style. I look forward to the next installment!

Hmm...

Well, you write very well, you've got a lot of talent in this field and that puts you way ahead of a lot of writers on . The story isn't the most original I've seen, but it's still fun.

The one thing I do have to say though...is that there really isn't a climax here. There's no point where the action rises a great deal so that it's noticeable. Also, the story ends kind of abruptly in the middle of first year instead of continuing through. It feels like a lot of the story is missing here.

I guess the ending disappointed me a bit, but I do want to read more about your setting, so I'll definitely keep going.

An interesting story, one thing I have to mention is that you described Harry as an 'infamous' wizard. 'Infamous' is a word used to describe bad people, e.g. g w bush is an infamous president or Lord Voldemort was an infamous wizard. Harry would be a famous wizard, much as he might not like it.

I do like how you've written the quest to find out what the parent's did during the war. But, for the most part, kids don't care all that much for what their parents did. Although I would have to say that Scorpius probably wouldn't know - or want to know - what his father did during the Voldemort war...

your story is wonderful! did you know that i was going to write a story entitled 'Albus Potter and the Mirror of Erised', too? *grins* i guess we had the same idea! ) yours turned to be better than mine, though.
