It's great how the kiss makes River feel awkward at first, but then she strips naked automatically. I also like how Kaylee can't help herself from the not-so-innocent suggestion of sleeping in the bed together and her wandering hands.

I was hoping for another 'pure' River story, but this was nice too. It seems very natural for them to have sex as their friendship is already quite close. It's hard to say if they'd act any differently around each other if they established an official relationship or kept things casual.

Simon was such a mood killer; I really do love how you have the kisses seem quite natural due to close proximity and having no walls up.

Great description of a nightmare in a way that made it obvious she's dreaming but real and way to bring in detail instead of abstractness like dreams often have in them.

Love Kaylee being the one that's reverted to child like behavior and how River is her strength.
