Jack was always a total wanker about Gwen, and that is 100% RTD's fault because that's how he wanted it...Gwen was obviously his 'Mary-Sue' character, and that's why she was the only one untouched by the devestation he rained on the rest of the team...selfish cow.

I keep forgetting to review this story so here I am.

Anyway, that was great. Everyone's in character and they acted like adults. Jack can be an idiot at times. I also like how you didn't make him rush off after Ianto and gave himself some time to think through it-granted I do enjoy the stories where Jack begs more or less ;-)

Such a pity Ianto, being a boy, is so sensitive. A girlfriend would know what to do: revenge. I mean, Ianto has the power of the coffee god AND of witholding sex, and Tosh has to make Jack see Ianto's upset? Trust me, with a girl he would realize... ;)

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Great amount of angst (I love angst) but a sweet ending. Sweet without getting smutty (smutty endings to an angsty story often ruins it). Good job!

Jack can be quite hurtful when he is irritated. Felt so bad for Ianto when Jack said, "What relationship?" I would have liked to see the two of them having a discussion about Gwen and Jack's dance, since it was so intimate and I'm sure Ianto did see that as well. Love the ending, made me quite happy to see the two get together again. I love Tosh, she really is sweet. Great job with this.

Jack does seem to put his foot in it some times,

he speaks before he thinks of the consequences,

He really hurt Ianto with the words said.

But hey they managed to sort things out in the end,

Read your profile as well... so now I know that you *are* a pro writer. Should have figured, as talented as you are, but not too many pros write fanfic too.

Loved this one too, no surprise. Jack said a very careless and hurtful thing, but I'm glad in the end he gave Ianto what he needed to hear. I understand how hard it is for Jack, too, why he's afraid of his feelings for Ianto. They have such a beautiful relationship, despite all its inherent complications and darkness. You *really* bring that out in your fics.

I'm sure I have read this story before and saved it but possibly not reviewed it. It was so fitting to the episode because it seemed to me Ianto needed to ask those questions to understand what was going on between them. I'm so glad you wrote this piece.

This is fantastic! It's so in character and I like how you this doesn't have an over-the-top, incredibly fluffy ending. It just is what it is, if you get what I mean.
