They didn't care about Lenalee or Kanda, they just wanted her to take the bait and go to Las Vegas. And I also think Lavi went too, but he's working for/with the Noah, and he does care for Allen, he's just not sure which side to pick. A little unsure about that part. Soooo, UPDATE!
