Your Akihito was out of character. In canon Aki is extremely stubborn. He would never truly believe "his" Asami would be that brutual to him-even if he thought that Asami thought he cheated. The way Asmai is characterized is that he is a guy who would deal out punishment personally-especially to someone who hurt him personally. He is also extremely clean and ridiculously possessive. He would have never touched Akihito if the boy was soiled. He would never allow anyone else to to touch Akithito. And he would not take "seconds". I think Akihito would know that and probably be saying in his brain this is not Asmai, this is not Asami. Also this situtation would have been the first that Asami was this cruel. Also, Akihito would not need to be "kidnapped" by Asami at this point. Asami would have punished him in his "secret" room. Also, it would be believable that Akihito might see hate in Asami's eyes if Asami believed he cheated on, but he would also see pain. The twin brother hates, but has no especial attachment to Akihito. There would be no hurt or pain Akihito would recognize/ notice that lack of pain/hurt in the twin-that would further make Akihito believe-'this isn;t right-this isn't my Asami. Also, Asami would not bring in any old thugs to do this kid of thing to Akihito. In canon Asami is always with Kirshima and Souh. I believe through all that torture -despite what he sees- he would not believe Asami is Asami.
With the exception of the characterization of Akihito in this situtation every thing else reads in character. I also, agree, Akihito would not be letting Asami to touch him. Even holding on to the belief that Asami wasn't Asami-trust would be broken. It would take him some intense therapy to get to that point.

ok...done in a quick. It's angsty definitely. Short any easy to catch up the story. Wish there were more details but i still luv the plot. I somehow gueesed right on the twin part P
but poor Aki, the details would the sight more gore but i am done with it
