hungergamesawesomness chapter 1 . 5/14/2013 So sweet:) |
Guest chapter 1 . 9/15/2012 This is so sweet. I always felt sad for Kala; Tarzan, the son she came to love, was going off to visit some other creatures. This is simply amazing. |
Coraline Muvleez chapter 1 . 6/1/2010 What a wonderful piece! *sniff* It got me right here... *points to heart* |
xdcfvghnjmkl chapter 1 . 1/23/2010 I was so surprised when I went into the Tarzan movie area and saw THREE fanfics. So I quickly scurried my way on over here, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely love Kala, she reminds me of my mother a lot. The story is absolutely heart-wrenching. I always wondered what was going on inside her head when Tarzan brought Jane to see her first, when she realised Tarzan was sneaking off to see her. And most of all, when he comes to hear wearing his human father's suit. It must've broken her heart. Anyway, fantastic story! ~SisterH |
Rahnabucket chapter 1 . 10/14/2009 [For never, never being enough.] I think that line broke my heart a little, I'll have you know. [abyssal] ...Hey, that's a word! 8D I love it, Annie. I love Kala, too. Win win. :D |
Enihpled Amira chapter 1 . 9/6/2009 aw, that was so beautiful! |
Baeden chapter 1 . 9/1/2009 Wow, Annie, that was amazing! I loved... well, everything! |
Silver-hair Angel chapter 1 . 9/1/2009 Aw, Annie, this was so great! I love how even though Kala is not a human, you portrayed her thoughts and feelings as if she were. You didn't forget during the story that she's a gorilla, but you didn't draw attention to it every single time. Anywho, I love the Tarzan movie, so this story pretty much agrees with my notion of how things went down. And the end, you drew the ending together very nicely. And I understood it! Bonus points. :) It's heartbreaking, touching, and wonderful all in one. I love Kala in particular; you did her justice. :) Nice job, Annie, and this is definitely a contender for the challenge. |
Streameh chapter 1 . 8/31/2009 Aw, Annie, that was so good! I'm pretty much crying now, damn you. The ending was so sad, but the whole thing was beautiful. Awesome job~ :] |
