When you rewrite this, please consider following: The Champions needs to signate contract. When they are under-age that act must been done via their guardians (parents, godfather). When Ministry with Dumbledore puts the age-line before the Goblet, they also silently accepts the selected ones are adult by magical meaning. So for Harry and Serenity when they are forced to compete, it's necessary to declare them magically adult with all duties and more importantly rights. Or they are still underage and then they cannot sign that act themselves and they are opted out. I highly doubt Ikuko/Kenji or Sirius will contra-sign the contract. Dumbledore could sign, but for him it's more headaches than good. Or they could swear an oath before whole Great Hall they didn't put their names inside or asked someone else to do (right to deny) and then prepare for the battle of the raw magical force. Mrs Rowling didn't use this great hole in cannon, but several more aware fanfic authors did and results were funny either for Ministry and Dumbledore.
Harry is the last heir of the Perwell and Potter houses, so when he became more aware of that fact he couldn't been dependent on the Ministry anymore. Let Hermione re-read the rules of lordship and the ancient houses of normal and magical Britain.

Could you PLEASE put the original first chapter back up? There is no reason for the rewrite to be here, especially since you seperated the two versions into seperate stories already. The original chapter 1 should stay here where it belongs.

If you feel that what you already have isn't good enough then one thing at a time. Stick with Harry Potter for now and maybe if you manage to finish off Voldy early maybe have a sequel or a filler if you don't that involves Sailor Moons nemesis.

I like Serenity I don't like that she has reverted her name back to Usagi. I don't like Ginny but I didn't really like her in the books either. Draco is interesting.

Ive been reading this mostly because of the high reviews and the promise of breaking the Serena x mamoru meta by pairing her with Harry, so I say fulfill that promise, and do something like expand on the wizarding world around the sailor scouts. Don't focus on them and Harry and their friends, like they are some marry sues/plot bunnies.

The chapter are just long enough and personally I don't like Serena ending up with mamoru I think she should be with Harry and I think that Cedric should not die in this

Having a story that you write from your own inspiration is much preferred to trying to write it for other's opinions. Don't be a MarySue or a plot bunny. Satisfy yourself first.
