This is oddly a reverse of what happened in canon.

wasn't it ironic though that lucy's letter was kinda similar to the note natsu left behind for lucy in canon? loved the friendship, and it's really sad that natsu has abandonment issues, it's really understandable though,

I liked it. It's depth is nice and I liked that he figured out on his own that the reason he was blue was because he was afraid Lucy had left for good and that no one had to tell him because he was too dense to figure it out himself. I would have liked if it was a bit more on the romatic side, but as they are only best friends this fits better. You can glady continue with the peace if you so wish. I will definitely be reading this if you do. Also well written and in character.

I really love this one-shot. It's got everything I love about Fairy Tail. The fact that you managed to be so true to Natsu's character, and portray his thoughts so clearly and truthfully really shows how great of a writer you are. Because of it's similarity to the actual thing, I was just as excited about Natsu and his relationship with Lucy. I really really love this piece, and it's convinced me to look into some of the other stuff you've written. Really good job. *-*
