Really nice story, I could actually see it playing out. I almost wanted them to go somewhere together, but this was probably a lot more realistic given the characters. Thanks for sharing your story!

That was fun. Of course, in context of what Clark /actually/ did on his big run-away-from-home incident, it's kind of overly precious...I dropped that series ages ago because I was starting to hold Clark's lack of moral fiber against Superman, and that's just not on. But they were cute, and it did ring fairly true to getting stuck in bus stations in my experience. Only of course much cooler.

And I enjoyed the blow-out with Spike. Heh.

The meet up was great, especially Spike's tantrum.

Kind of cool that Clark can see the Key.

I've driven by that field I don't know how many times and I've never been tempted to break in. Maybe because I'm not a teenager any more?

In my part of town the 7-11s are worried about selling beer and tobacco to minors; I think this proves they should be more worried about sugar - A high like no other.

A solid premise that makes an unlikely meeting really believable, and gives the characters a reason to continue to get to know each other better, as friends.

Dialogue and characterizations are spot-on, great job!
