I come back to read this fic every now and then, and it is always just as good as it was the previous time i've read it (but now im surprised i never left a review before. i was sure i did). this is such an intriguing idea, and i love how it's mostly through mukuro's eyes that we move through the fanfic, with only a few glimpses into gokudera's mind. the pace is great and i love the way it moves smoothly to the end, the raw emotions it portrays and the pace.

not to mention your grammar and overall writing are really good so that makes it the more gorgeous. wow.

second-person fanfics are hard to write, but i think you made this into a real jewel. i really love it over and over again, so thank you for writing this and sharing it (so that i can come back to reread it in the future, too)

This story is just wow. I like the fact that its second person because it delves into Mukuro's personality more, and that's always a hard thing to understand when its in third person (or maybe even first as well). I love the characterization and the way things just all connect. Very nice job :3

This was a great story, but I was a little confused on what happened to Gokudera. Could you explain it? (Sorry)
Did Gokudera gain a Mist Flame? 'Cuz that's be awesome considering he already has 5 and if he got Mist he'd just be missing Sky.

Out of the few fics I've read that try to use Mukuro seriously instead of for creeper or humor purposes, I have to say this is the best one. The writing style I think suits what I can imagine his thought process being like.

Ah, I can't put into words how amazing and wonderful this fic was!

I especially loved the reiteration of the sentence "Death is such a messy thing" at the beginning of each... erm, each ... (not sure what to call them, sections, divisions? Me and my crappy English..)

This was very well-written. I could /feel/ the character's emotions, and I loved the style too. Just detailed enough - not too many details making it slow, not too little details making it vague.
