Good to read this to go along with 'The Obsessed ' I enjoyed finding out how Bella met Jasper and took over Maria's army.

I don't get why you didn't just write a Jasper/Maria story. Your Bella is pretty much Maria only more powerful. You could easily rewrite the story from chap 2 switching their names, you'd just have to remove the bits with her power WHICH by the way was rather ridiculous, I mean what does she need an army for when she can easily deal with her enemies on her own. Why bother with the newborns, risk exposure and so on when your power makes invincible (and utterly boring)? What I find interesting about Maria is that she wasn't all that powerful but her intelligence and manipulation allowed her to be the master of the situation. Being all godlike is just boring

It's really good. I like powerful Bella. And I like how Jasper is able to impress her, even if normally she seems just bored.

Nice final scene. even a leader like Bella needs a little jasper

I can't believe that you had Bella kill a child. This was very disturbing and sick. Its not who did it but the fact that it was a child. Hated the whole story just because of that one thing.

You know, I liked your stories about Aro but your darker work (like this) is where I think you really shine. Bad*ss Bella and a not-mopey Jasper is where it's at. Thanks for writing!
