The ship that tugged at my heart strings and squeezed it and broken it at the same time. I love this little date of theirs. Something that could have happen. Along with the short talks in the hallway and cafeteria (I'm looking at you official merchandise), detours in between supply gathering missions will probably be a thing for those two. Usually with Feldt dragging Setsuna along. A garden huh. Definitely something those two would enjoy very much.

I love how despite their short interactions in canon, her conversations with him tend to be meaningful. Her words encouraged Setsuna to write a letter to Marina and her flower had been a source of inspiration for him. Once, in the final battle with Ribbons and twice, in the thrice damned ELS conflict. He obviously treasured it along with her unspoken feelings.

So as much as it pains me even now to know that canon has dictated they wouldn't be able to be lovers and find happiness in each other, I will hoard those tiny moments and the ones the fans had graciously imagined to share with the fandom in my heart.

Short and rarely seen but still lovely. That's how I think Feldt and Setsuna's relationship is and the little gestures of Feldt towards Setsuna always make me smile.

This is a great Setsuna/Feldt first one with this I read was one by an author known as Ominae. But yours is pretty good packed into an excellent one shot fic.

I have to say this was a very short read but, it was written very well. I would like to see a continuation to this one day.
