He would NOT lose any chakra. His chakra coils were pushed a stead but trace amount of the 9 tails chakra. That caused his coils expand. With out the 9 tails his coils would slow in growth to natural levels. His stamina and endurance are both his and his alone. Only when he uses the 9 tails chakra does he heal very quick. Normally he heals faster than most but that is due to his clans passive body ability.
