I love every single story that you've made of Neliel and Ulquiorra! You put alot of unexpected passion into it, your a great writer if you can take two people and make It so magical and romantic don't stop what your doing, its incredible!

Nel can get excited by pretty much anything, huh? :) Well I for one see the excitement in books, how there's a million different tales contained in the various volumes and how Ulquiorra's reaction is a little colder than Nel's. I wonder, is the little woman with glasses a Bleach character or a minor OC?

I recommend a mermaid drabble!

Even if this chapter is short, it hsa your usual mastery of descriptions, rainy-lullaby! :) I enjoy the vivid imagery you give your stories, even with villains like the Arrancars and a deathly world like Hueco Mundo.

Sorry if I took so long to find this update :P Well, this is a calm and meaningful addition to DATAK and I appreciate the literal and metaphorical meanings of Nel giving Ulquiorra wings. Now we get to see just how he was recruited to Aizen's army. Starting the chapter off with Ulquiorra losing his flight emphasized what he was missing, which is a good thing .

Brilliant, rainy-lullaby, to make Nel a gypsy facing discriminatin in Parisian streets, and involving Ulquiorra's and Nnoitora's conflicting ideas about women and runaways. I'd be more than happy to see a follow-up chapter!

Please proofread more carefully, though. There are some missing or mis-used words, a problem present in your other chapters. Be careful about that and make your chapters as good as they can be!

Now we see an insight to Nel and Ulquiorra's relationship development, how Nel saw him differently than the other residents of Las Noches and the occasional tension their contrasting personalities bring. Nice to see Nel act as a caring guide for the newborn Ulquiorra! It's kind of the opposite of normal birth, where the baby knows his/her name and the parent has to ask.

A very touching update, rainy-lullaby! Well worth the wait. "Ulquiorra's mom"... there's a phrase I thought I'd never hear! The name Pale-kun made me laugh, that sounds just right for little Ulq!

On the other hand, you really ought to slow down as you type and proofread yourself. Remember to write "quiet" rather than quiet, and "Ulquiorra blushed a bit as her compliant" is weird. Do you mean "Ulquiorra blushed a bit at her compliment?" :)

good story

I've long been waiting for this chapter, and it was worth it! Nel's little... joke was a good one o and it was a great contrast to show Ulq and Nel enjoying an evening together, then Ulquiorra feeling heartbreak when he got Nel's "I'm leaving" note. Good technique, to show what Ulquiorra is about to lose right before he finds out what he's going to lose it! I can't wait to see where this goes.
