Ahh. I loved it. Very good timing. The only thing I can think of is perhaps drawing it out a tad longer by denying her readiness to touch his junk so soon and moving down to his feet and working her way up to that delightfully naughty area on his person. But that would only be because I love your writing so much, it's hard for it to be over so soon~ I don't hope to offend by offering my criticisms, but perhaps consider lengthening the paragraphs with their mutual orgasms slightly with more description of the physical and emotional intensity of the moment. Not to be cliche, but I tend to like my climaxes a little more drawn-out, if you know what I mean. Ahem..

Ha! I knew it! Giggles insanely. I love how you wrote the plot and the subtle exploration of feelings here. It wasn't an empty smut devoid of feeling but a really hot and well written smut with all the all the right feels! The hidden desire, and their coming together ( pun not intended lol) as a couple. Kaka asking if she does it with other patients too and his shy confession made me giggle so happily. Kudos!
