I know this is old but really couldn't you have picked better death eaters. Sure Goyle and PEttigrew are on lose but you should have used Carrows, McNair, or Yackley instead of Dolohov and Bella who are in Jail since it is less than week since Resurrection.

The fact that this chapter you have the wards here dropping so fast when harry should not have been back for 3 days that they should have lasted at least until when Harry was normally due home. WIthout the blood wards, there was NO reason for Harry to have been here in first place by dumbledore's insistance unless this is a dumbledore bashing story.

I have read your Harry Potter stories since you posted them years ago and I still come back to them often to reread them. This was the last in the batch I've reread and I am sincerely hoping you're still going to do a sequel?
I know you haven't written HP stories for years but I miss them so much. I think I've read every HP story you've written multiple upon multiple times. My favorite story from you has gotten sequels from others but it's not the same and I haven't read them. I miss you.

Ah horse riding... a lot of fun to do and is a very good pastime in my opinion!

What a wonderfully unique story! I like your take on the Gods and Goddesses aspect of magic. I’m glad that you included others besides Selene as well, like Bill, Charlie and Moody’s chosen deities.

There were so many different stories within stories that sometimes I felt as if you were rambling or had lost direction. There are also time discrepancies. Besides the ones, accounted for by ‘otherworldly’ influences. Harry left school only a few days early. (Usually late June so let’s say early June) He spent weeks then with Snape getting acclimated to his new home and learning to ride. (That puts us at late June/early July) Then Hermione gets attacked with Moon Fire losing his memory. Later in the story Snape states the kids were by themselves for a month. (This means we’re around Aug 1st now)
Hermione, Draco, and Moon Fire get kidnapped. It is about 4 days before Harry helps rescue them. A few days later they are back with the Order ‘Storming the Palace’ so to speak. (By the time they get home it’s probably Aug 7)
Yet AFTER the battle you say that even more weeks go by (Aug 21st?) but somehow it’s miraculously Harry’s birthday. Which is July 31st. So either his birthdate changed or that was the longest summer ever!

I think you got Dumbledore spot-on. He is either an Atheist or he worships a deity that doesn’t believe in harming a living creature. Very pacifist. I don’t think he should have gotten another chance with Selene after death. I can’t see Ron worshiping Selene but that’s just me. He’s too immature to decide something like that now.

I was sorry to hear you have fibromyalgia. I have fibro as well. It really sucks. Hang in there! No one else understands how we feel. Not until you live it.

Overall I loved your story! It was a breath of fresh air. I’ looking forward to reading the sequel.
