An enjoyable story. I found I did not mind the gender swap. I enjoyed the OCs. And interactions with Snape was particularly fun I would enjoy continuing reading if you ever wrote more on this.

You should put up a tag for FemHarry... While I will never say anything against what an author wants to write, us readers don't particularity want to waste our time just to find out we aren't going to have an interest in a story because you left out a plot detail that is often a major deciding factor for a lot of readers.

And the magic is in the blood. If there was no blood from James Potter then there would be no inheritance from the Potter family. The wills would have been made out to have a Harry James Potter inherent, not a Hazel Zoe Frost that has no relation to the Potters in her blood. You can't forge magic.

What I want to know: is how do they even KNOW about the scar’s existence? I mean you had Emma taking ‘Harry’ from Godric’s Hollow before anyone could possibly have found out that the scar even existed. It’s not likely that Sirius would have noticed it in the amount of time he had available to him to notice it, so where does their knowledge of it come from exactly?

So this fic… it is an Earth-1610 setting? As in the setting that the movies are largely based on?

And how did she manage to ‘eavesdrop’ on people and not succeed in deducing that the sorting is carried out by a Hat? Not everyone of those adults is going to have Occlumency barriers you know. That skill is ABSURDLY rare.

Huh... that is an actually valid counter to the 'has a Servant' retort, at least with regards to Dumbledore and Minerva. Won't do much, if anything, to stop the other students or Snape, I'm afraid.
