The idea of the story is pretty good. There's a good base here. There's some grammatical errors here and there, but nothing that significantly impacts from the story. I do wish there was a bit more characterization shown, though. The story has a fast pace to it, and sometimes the only characterization we see is in the dialogue (which isn't bad, you can get great characterization from that, but it's good to have other ways of revealing a character too!)
Personally, your main character is not my cup of tea-but take no offense to that! Her character is initially very harsh and rude, and that just isn't a character type I'm fond of. It might be because I'm rather opposite of that! But on another note, she does seem to have her share of strengths and weaknesses, personality wise, which is good.

Heh, just wanted to thank you for reviewing, so I read your story too. I think it's quite a fine story you've got there, though I don't know what to make of your character. Your story also seems a bit too fast paced and I think more interactions between her and other characters (not just Gin and Aizen) would be good. Hope you don't mind my comments, since I'm pretty sure my story isn't perfect either. _ Just saying.
