Kurama really didn't die. He was just badly injured. Kurama also remembers everything ever since he was a baby, considering he wanted to leave his human mother when his new form was old enough. He didn't, because he had grown to like his mom.

A very well thought out plot. I honestly was pleasantly surprised how well you managed to blend the two worlds. The changes you made to both were logical and very welcome.
There's one thing though, that bothered me. I sometimes had to read sentences more than once because some missing or additional letters made for words that didn't fit in the context (e.g. wary and weary). I'm not a native speaker so I sometimes had a little trouble.
All in all it was a pleasant read that I enjoyed immensely.

ok, I'll admit that I had to pause and giggle part way through the chapter. 40 degrees Fahrenheit is supposed to be cold? I have been meaning to ask, wouldn’t Koenma address his father as ‘otousama’ since he is the king? I know in some anime if the family is from a prestigious family they call one another is they are older or the parents with the form of ‘sama’ unless they do go against their family’s way of life. Love the story so far and as I was starting to read this I was rooting for a Kurama/Hiei pairing. Love them together.

This was a good story and I was happy to read it from beginning to end. In the end I only have a question about a plot hole. What happened to the horcruxes?

I came across this story and thought ' why not? and gave it a try... I honestly did not have high expectations for it due to thw poor quality I often see in the crossovers lately. I was wrong. This story, while having too long of paragraphs, was beautifully done. I applaud you.

I'm a little sad at how close this is to the original. Hiei, Kawabara, and Kurama definitely trained harder than they did in canon. They're stronger, so shouldn't their battles be more visible in this point? Easily taking on opponents that they struggled with before?

Didn't Kurama's Yoki show up about 150k before? Yusuke's was 200k after his training at Raizen's, and they said it was doubled what he had before. Basically, Yoko Kurama should be S-Rank, which is much stronger than Toguro's. Even if you cut it down for one reason or another, I would guess that 50k would still be about as strong as Toguro, if it isn't more.

Basically, he should be a powerhouse in his demonic forms. Yet, I feel like you're treating him as if he's still in his human form. Meh, the story is complete already, don't know why I'm writing this.
