This is incredibly awesome. The slow foreshadowing, the build, the character interactions, everything. I normally don't like fic with characters in an established relationship (if they aren't canon, but w/e), but you really make a case for why I should be reading more of those. I actually really like the horror. There's this slow tension thats actually really creepy. I'm not really sure why, tho, its probably just the water being poisoned and like this malevolent chaotic being who just wants revenge on everything and cant be reasoned with. Also hes made of leeches.

Hehe, Seriously though, it's a fantastically well written story, and probably what warmed me up to ChrisxWesker. It's just plain fun to read; so, you know, keep writing :)

I must must say that I am absolutely adoring this story so far. I really enjoy Resident Evil stories that start before the outbreak and describe the build up and culminating events. I'm also crazy for Wesker centered stories.

You have an amazing writing style that keeps your readers totally entertained and on the edge of their seats for what happens next. I'm also really enjoying how you're doing the relationship between Chris and Wesker; very in character. But most of all, I sincerely appreciate how much research you've done. Most people just glance over what they consider "minor" characters and details, but I love how you've taken the time to address them and include them in your story. I think it really does wonders for your chapters and makes your fiction feel so much more real and enmeshed in the RE series.

Thank you for sharing such a fantastic story. I look forward to future chapters and to where you are going to take these chapters.

This was an amazing prologue! It was novel quality, really, because if I'd have picked up a book and read this, you'd have me hooked by the third sentence. You worked in the fact that Marcus reaped what he sowed - being killed without mercy - without directly pointing it out. Well done. You nailed Marcus's POV too, I'd say.

Dunno if I'll stick around for the yaoi parts, as I'm not a fan of that genre, but props to you for the prologue!

Ah, good stuff;) I love Wesker and Chris. Makes me wonder when Birkin will try to advance on Wesker (if he will again). I love how Claire is so flamboyant; she doesn't care what people think when she does stuff lol I hope things turn out good for Wesker and Chris; I know the Mansion is coming up, so I'm sure heartbreak isn't far behind. Yay! Finally an awesome and long anticipated update, this is one of my most favorite WxC fics here in FFnet. That's such a bold and brave move by Claire, as always she's protective of her big brother and I always got the vibe that Wesker does have some feelings (if not love) with Chris.

I'm so eager to find out if Wesker will protect Chris when the time comes the whole city will be infected. Birkin's tantrum is well noted and I'm glad that Albert just brushed him off. It might be painful for William but no less than Chris holds Albert's heart. )

So after so long my first glimpse of your update for this story made me almost do a double take... you updated! Of course I'm not trying to complain as I understand you might have been busy until now ...also sorry for my lacking review but it is 2 AM over here and I wanted to leave a review as soon as I was finished reading the chapter... probably not the best idea since I am tired as hell but eh, I'll also probably forget if I hold it off until later. In any case, Aww Wesker Claire bonding... sort of! Chris having a field day with that! Poor Birkin learning from his mistakes the very harsh way. And yes we're finally getting to the main plot? Such wonderfulness I am expecting from that line!

...also you're opinions of the recent games for RE is almost identical to mine xD Revelations left me feeling like there could have been more and I had such high hopes for ORC... only to absolutely detest it when I started playing. Needless to say, I kinda raged. Also RE6... oh boy, so many mixed feelings do I have for that one... I don't want to jump to any conclusions as it will be a good while before it is released but anyway,

I'm not gunna lie, I had been re-reading this just yesterday and thinking "hmmm, a few more months and it'll be a year since this wasn't updated. again."

:3 There isn't a whole lot I could say, but I really like the rationalizing Wesker had when he thought over Chris comparing to Birkin. A loot.
