Hmmm, I like your portrayal of a different side of the story. I've never seen it this way. I always saw Bella and Edward destined for each other because they loved each other so much that I never allowed myself to see Bella and Jacob together. But you wrote this so perfectly that I start to think that maybe it could have been this way. Maybe Bella does love Edward and Jacob in different ways and maybe her true love is Jacob and she only stays with Edward to keep him alive. But then we all know how the story really ends. Lol.

this is good! I kinda felt like bella wasn't in love with good ol' eddie either. it was more of an obssesion. or as you put it...her god. I am glad I am not the only one who has looked at it from that point of view! great one shot!

Hello! I know- haven't heard from me in a while. Haven't read much fanfic, to tell you the truth. But, I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things ones more.

Well, I gotta say- I love this piece as well. I like how you've potrayed a more of a selfless side to Bella- giving herself up since Edward, being god-like and all, can not be allowed to destroy himself. I find it intriguing how you have her thoughts center back on Jacob. I've always found a fondness for that pairing- seems a bit more healthier to me.

I love the imagery put here as well. Especially with the comparison to soap bubbles. And the comparison of his cradling arms to a prison. All your details, I thought brought out the more darker, angsty setting of Twilight. Makes me write more for the fandom (even though the fandom doesn't appreciate GOOD fic- such as an awesome one like this as they ought to)

But, I'm rambling. All in all, I love it!

But still I must commend your damned brilliance for this amazing feat of fanfic of epic proportions. As always the storyline is flawless - I can't picture all the "Bella Luvz Edward 4Ever!" fangirls tearing their goldilocks hair out trying to find a fault in your Twilight logic. Or as we like to say on da streetz; Twlogic! ...No that doesn't work, never mind.

Very interesting, something I have in fact considered too.
