Hm, don't really like how you're using "Shindou"-"Hikaru" sounds better, I think, especially if it's his POV. Plus, it's what everyone calls him in both anime and manga, excluding Akira and some of the pros. Or, I should say, what everyone his own age calls him.

Aha, tricked into buying sushi. I had sushi once. Didn't much like it. The fish was too chewy, although it was fresh. The seaweed bit was good.

Nice story and well written. Akira felt a little out of character. His dialogue was a little too haughty, more like what Ochi might say.

I also like how Waya's tournament took on a life of its own. Keep up the good work.
