I think sanji and zoro were OOC. Sanji is very tough, confident and stubborn just like Zoro. He wouldn't cry or show his vulnerability that easily eventhough he's really hurt (especially toward Zoro). And Zoro isn't as stoic and emotionless as he looks (he's toughtfull too especially about his nakamas, eventhough it's Sanji). However, it's just my opinion and it is still an interesting story to explore.
