So interesting to see something written from the Hatter's POV, and you do a good job following his chaotic thought processes. I love his crazy, impossible house, and your well-worded descriptions of his riotous clothes.

The interaction with Alice is very sweet; although I like the romantic angle everyone is running with it is also great to see an interpretation that simply sticks with friendship - a saving, redeeming kind of friendship, even if it's the type where they "always snipe at each other" (brilliant). Their interaction feels natural and true to character, as well as the observations about his being unused to kindness.

Overall, just lovely.

Aw, I love it. Just one question, though. Why didn't Alice realise who Hatter was?
