Man, going from this story back to the original show makes me realize how sparsely populated both ZAFT and the Earth Alliance feel outside of the main characters. I know they probably didn't want to spread the focus too thin, but it really just feels like the forces consist solely of faceless rank-and-file outside of Creuset's team. EA gets it even worse, but still...

One of my favorite things about the Wolves stories you write is how alive all the organizations feel. Even when I'm not super invested in some of the OCs, I'm glad they're there, because it draws a much better picture of the people living in the PLANTs and on Earth. Even though the plot technically didn't move very far forward in this chapter, I really enjoyed it because I got to spend time in a thriving setting with many characters. Very good work, as usual!

Sweet another good chapter man poor Cagalli I bet she hated what Lacus and Flay did, I mean we all know that Cagalli does hate wearing a dress, which still makes me laugh, but sadly that peace came to an end thanks to Blue Cosmos.

Been a while since you updated, but glad you did... If I'm being honest, was shocked when Anthony got hurt and I thought he's going to die at first but I remember he won't. Glad he managed to get medical treatment at Andy's mansion plus it was a really cute moment to have Flay, Lacus and Cagalli in lovely dresses even though the blonde-haired girl doesn't like this one bit. Then again, it was cute and funny to see the girls shopping and Cagalli being used to model in cute outfits. Also glad to see Lacus in her signature pink hair again cause I kinda missed that.

Also liked the conversation(s) with Andy, plus I really like Lacus' cousin Seina so hopefully we'll see more of her in the future. Although I have a feeling we are going to see more battles to come especially when we get to the latter portion of the first war in this story. Also liked Nathan's sister Felecia which makes me curious on if John will be there too or if he's exclusive to Rise of Swords. If the latter then that's okay. Hopefully we'll see what the next chapter has in store fairly soon because you're doing a really good job on this story.

Oooh, now that was an exciting chapter! Everyone did their part, and got to show their stuff, especially good ol' Andrew Waltfeld. This is getting good, so keep it up! :)

Damn, this was a good chapter Storm, I just love how you do the battle man, makes me wish that I could do the fights like this in my own, but I do have Draco to help me with the fights anyway I am still loving this story.

Whoa, talk about action paced especially with the LaGOWE, Cornelia's BuCUE and Dingo's, the DINNs belonging to the Valkyries, Rachel's GINN LRRT and Yukimasa's GINN TAR giving the good guys serious trouble even if it was mock battle but hey makes things more realistic that way.

As for the Desert Dawn, I am surprised they never knew it wasn't a real battle but the good news was both sides were made aware of it and know when to call it quits before any real causualities were made. Looking forward to seeing how things would do from here and especially with Rachel not happy with Anthony or Sebastian for their actions prior.

Hah, poor Kira! He's still getting his feet under him, and his comparative lack of combat experience is still haunting him when he fights people with much more experience. Being the Ultimate Coordinator can only go so far as to compensate for his lack of wartime life. I like that he struggles against Andy here, though I think he did a little better against him in canon (I might be misremembering that, though, so don't put too much stock in it).

The various new members of ZAFT get to give a good showing here, like Yukimasa, Rachel and Cornelia especially, even though this is technically a mock battle. The action is well paced and very evocative as usual; I'm not surprised that Silva and Sato assumed that it was all genuine. I'll be interested to see if Kira and Cagalli meet Andy and Aisha in person the way they did in canon; Kira doesn't really need a reminder of what's at stake on both sides of this war in this story, but I liked the rapport that Andy built with him in that episode and how he sublty mentored Kira throughout the desert arc. There's a bit of that here when he tossed Kira and the Strike around, a little warning to not get complacent in spite of having more allies than he would have otherwise. I thought that was a clever way for the Desert Tiger to convey that without straight up saying it.

Wow good work storm on this chapter the interaction was good and talk Flay had with Kira at the end had me laughing.

Ah, the slower moments...soldiers would go mad without them. Still missing Athrun, Nicol, Dearka and Yzak, but they'll show up in time. And ahhh, poor Cagalli - walking in on her brother and his girlfriend! So awkward!

Wow, great work as always and glad to see the couples bonding with one another which helps to get their minds off the conflict for a while. Looking forward to seeing more soon.
