In truth, Mirana is even more terrifying than her sister. But Mirana was a good person at heart and always striving to do the right thing. Alice relates her the most because Alice is the shadow of Mirana's younger self
As a teenager, she is an archetypal rebellious teenage princess- loving party invitations and love letters from thousands of suitors. Many of her actions are not by her own failt- she just hangs out with the wrong people. As an adult, she gained a more composed, more regal personality and laughed at her youthful rebellions
Although she is very close to her father, she often feels alienated to him. Her father was a dedicated, kind and noble king who can get occupied with his work. Being raised in a family of emotionally closed off men, Mirana eventually learned the art of reading people and had a warm, outgoing personality
Mirana loves luxury and parties. Part of her is still the party loving teenager but she was more responsible now- especially being empress. As a mother, Mirana devoted most of her time raising her only daughter to be the better version of he younger self and-unlike her parents- let her play with the commoner children as she pleases.

Vladisius of Charpaal
Vladisius is the Black King and ruler of Charpaal. A bit of Jack Skellington, a bit of Edward Scissorhands, with some dashes of Dracula, Vladisius may exhibit a morbid and dark personality. But in reality, Vladisius is an idealist, and a hopeless romantic. Although 10 years older than his true love Mirana the White Queen, Vladisius exibits some childlike personality and socially awkward. Even Alice sometimes misunderstands him. But all in all, Vladisius is a good guy with a heart of gold just waiting to be digged out. As a teenager, Mirana fostered a romantic relationship with her head bodyguard and childhood babysitter. However, Hovrendash Day broke them apart, and not only forced to be his slave, Vladisius was once forced to be Iracebeth's first husband. He barely escaped her clutches and spend the next several years finding his old love. He reappears in Alice 3 when he reunited with his queen and gaining his throne in Charpaal, which was threatened.
Vladisius and Mirana's romance is based on Edward and Kim's romance from Edward Scissorhands. Mirana's love for such a seemingly morbid guy reveals her true colors. She is not entirely pure and perfect- even she has faults. But Mirana was a good person at heart and many of her acitons are guided by her logic and doing the right thing. Mirana was still a young child at heart, according to Vladisius.
At the end, they are wed n a grand ceremony. 2 years later, they had a beautiful daughter called Lilyrose.

Mirana is still more of a child than a woman. Taking after her father's genius and her mother's calming elegance and grace, she us the only person in Underland who knew the deepest secrets of a person with just one look. This is also why she still deeply cares for her older sister Iracebeth
Gentle, calm, serene and fair, Mirana gave an impression of being ' not all there', as her brain is always sunk to those fantastic daydreams and unreal ambitions. The Underlandians look up to her as the kindest, wisest queen in Underlandian history. Yet only her future husband, Vladisius the Black King, knew her true personality beneath her pure angelic exterior
Contrary to popular belief, Mirana is highly intelligent, worldly, composed and reads a big deal. Mirana seems to have an inane ability to be keeping calm and collected in the face of danger. In truth, she feels even more than any other Underlandian. It's just that she never wanted to let her passion go too far. Behind her calm face is a melodramatic prima donna with a lot of highs and lows
Appearances are very important to her yet despite her vanity she is never shallow. She simply has the mannerisms of a queen and dressed in a way that complements her supreme position. Mirana is a hopeless roantic and devoted lover and vowed herself to fae all odds to protect the people she loves the most: even leaping through flames of death for her beloved Vladisius. Easily curious and intrigued she is always curious of the outside world. yet het duty prevented her until Vladisius paved another strange world for her. The quality she adores the most is curiosity and creativity, which Vladisius has both. She adores Vladisius for his dark sense of humor, his bad bot style mystery and his refusal in conforming the norms. Basically the creepier version of Charles Kingsleigh. Mirana and Vladisius both share a love of music and the Black King is hopelessly, madly and deeply in love with her.

Mirana is depicted to be 'flawlessly beautiful', with gigantic dark eyes and long lashes that stood out from her marble white face and long flowing wavy hair, and a tall statuesque physique. She is regarded as the most beautiful lady in all of Underland
Mirana's wardrobe is the height of gossip aroind Underland. There is no moment where she would wear anything casual: her robes are all embedded with guipure lace, florals and timeless jewelry, along with dresses of the heavenly shades of white with bold colors, and embroidered hats that fit her small head. It is said that she is so beautiful with her devastating allyre, she became the unknowing cause of men's desire and insanity
Personality
Mirana is depicted to be gentle, sweet, kind, nurturing, benevolent and peaceful, with heaps of passion and romanticsm in her that she wishes to conceal it. Wise, good and cheerful Mirana is a child on the inside, showing to take great pleasure in simpler things such as flowers, puppies and tea parties and get together soirees. Mirana is depicted to be carefree, sweet, endearing and motherly on the surface. However, anyone who knew her knew that she is an overachiever who wishes to be at the top of everything she does and takes a great deal of time dealing with her appearances. Despite her slight obessions with appearances, Mirana is nothing like shallow: she reads and writes like a maniacl professor, operates Underland like a mathematical genius and is the moral compass of AOW, the inspiration for many young gurls like Alice and later on her daughter Lily. She is also a hopeless romantic who is willing to do anything for her lover Sudhir, the Black King. Although she is naïve and innocent she is never easily corrupted: she defies corruption, and nothing pains her more than seeing her subjects suffer. Having seen Underland in a chaotic state, she grew from a naïve little debutante who flies with life, to a masture, loving mother who cared for her daughter and loving wife to her husband. She grows maturely and is on the road to wisdom.

This is beautiful, to capture such insight of a character and make them sound as they are, is rare. Simply divine.

interesting. i almost smacked you until i re-read the AN that said sequels sooo.. you're saved for now :) will these sequels carry on past the movie? or simply each of the girls thoughts during the movie?

I'm sad we're to the end of this wonderful fic, but I can't deny that I'm excited for the rest of Alice and the beginning of Iracebeth (gotta love our bad, mad girls, hm?).

This whole story... Oh, it wonderfully shows Mirana's slow slipping into the dark. You make it all play out so well, showing us what was REALLY going on behind the scenes. ;)
