Well this is good so far. I share the opinion of other reviews that the bloodline powers doesn’t balance that well with canon characters. I would have like that you explore more of Millicent’s history and relationship with Harry (this is not a popular couple which makes it more interesting to read). Thats all for the wizarding world.

For ASOIAF / game of thrones i find Robb Stark idea to granting Highgarden and Casterly Rock a very dick move. In both books and show Robb never intended to rule the seven kingdom’s, only the north and the riverlands (maybe the west in the books). While the western men are not particularly piety and may even be thankful for getting the Lannisters overlords kill the reach is a completely different beast.

The reach is one of the most devoted kingdom to the faith of the seven (hate magic as you point out in past chapters), the Tyrells are bound by marriage to both Redwine’s and Hightower’s family’s (also the Fossoway’s in book canon). House Florent would never allow it and they have Stannis Baratheon support for Highgarden. Randyll Tarly may hate the Tyrells but he distrust foreigners far more.

Most of this points are known to Robb or his advisors, he could have grant them lands and titles in the riverlands or the north. To the benefit of house Stark the wizards could rebuilt/developed this lands: Moat Cailin, Stony Shore, The New Gift, Harrenhall, Olds Stones, etc.

Good story , would love to read more of it , it would have been better though if you split it to two stories .I also think the powers you gave harry and his group was inadequate with their personality and the original information and while I understand making changes on personalities it shouldn't be too muvh oyherwise they're simply origonal characters using canon names which would be annoying as well , I think for i stance Neville being god at herbiology is mpre of mokuton type (water anc eartg elements ) and I'd imagine him more like shodaime hokage maybe with an additional douton golem afinity like akatsushi of Iwa , on the other hand I'd pick harry as an air , lighting and fire type and personality was a combination of sasuke and naruto (you vould have even gave him thr sharingam or rinnegan ) , Hermione I'd see as a water and lightning combination sort of like the body guard of raikage ,Darui and maybe a the suiton ability of the gofaime mizukage Mei , and givdn her personality calm as hinata but intellectual like tsunade I yhink she vould emulate thr! As well and maybe even give her byakugan , now the last Melicient Bulstrode I think she's a brute forve combat type , so maybe strpng taijustsu like Maitp Gai with earyh style like Jirobu of the sound four . I believe it wpould have made much more sense (especially for harry to emulate sasuke and naruto the main rivals combined into one person and as n addef bonus there are the snake and hawk (can be tirned i to Owl contract for ghis story ) contracts from sasuke's side and maybe give Neville the toad contract a cat contract for hermione amd maybe dog contract for Milicient

I'm having trouble imagining Hermione wanting to look like kisame. Or emulate him in any way. She's always been self-conscious about her looks, so there's no way she'd want to ruin them further.

Wow...what a pleasant surprise. You know, I love the Game of Thrones aspect of this story. Have you thought about breaking these story lines into 2 separate stories. Like Noodlehammer did with the stories "For the Love of Magic" which is set clearly in the Harry Potter world, and "A Discordant Note" which is a continuation of that "Harry" and his wives thrown into the Game of Thrones world? Just some food for thought...

wow, when you said you had a time skip you really mean a time skip! but the story is very entertaining and very well done. kinda sad to not see what happened but eh what are you going to do? Keep up with the good work and cant wait for the next chapter!
