The part with Irene was priceless...I can just imagine her showing up at Baker Street after the children have gone home and Sherlock catches her looking under tables and in closets for the children, all the while wondering if she's gone mad... :-)
I'd be a little wary of leaving my children in the care of Holmes too... He would probably bring them to the boxing ring (the Punchbowl, I think it's called...?) and bring one or more of them (I'm envisioning Jady) home drunk after they thoughtlessly drank a liquid they assumed was water...and Holmes would be lying in a shallow grave in the backyard. :-)
This was fabulous. If you wrote more of the Watson children I would love it.

Love the way Holmes was with Jady, Alex and James. I can just imagine him saying everything in this fic to three little kids, and I couldn't stop laughing at the bit when they ran past Irene!

This story is great! I loved how Holmes runs all around London with Watson's kids in tow...educating *corrupting* them in the process. I liked how Mary's the one defending Holmes (even though Watson only half-means it). This was a lot of fun to read!
