I personally think Hermione is “fighting” it because
1.) You kidnapped her
2.) You attacked her
3.) You kidnapped her
4.) YOU FUCKING KIDNAPPED HER!

the objective of a prologue isn't to repeat it later in the story. i know you said the prologue wasn't random, but you could have done without it, seeing as you repeated it in its entirety here.

i don't really think he would have kidnapped her. that doesn't seem like anything a halliwell would do. why wouldn't he just wait to see if she attacked him? he doesn't have any proof that she is/ is not a warlock.

I think you should consider changing the summary for this story. It suggests I'll be reading a love story but of the 20 chapters I have read now only two actually contained any chris hermione interaction and instead were about a veil I don't care about?
