You're obviously one of those young stupid people who doesn't understand English. The phrase is "couldn't care less." That means that a person or group of people cares absolutely nothing about a particular topic or person; they could not possibly care any less than they do now. If someone COULD care less, on the other hand, that means that they DO CARE! So you could just say they care instead of saying they could care less. It's shorter and more to the point. If you're going to write in English, it helps to actually know English.
