Great story. Didn't much like the movie. Your story was much better!

Love this and your take on things. The only thing I could ever figure was that they offerd no contracts for the summer movies to the "supporting" castmembers; ie, the rest of Station 51. As for the San Francisco movies, there was briefly talk of a spinoff, which obviously, never happened. AWESOME job!

RIP Squad 51

I read this once before and am so glad that I found it again. This is one of my favorite Emergency! stories. Very nicely done. You tied up a lot of loose ends to the storyline in the film. Thanks.

This is much better than the movie. You filled in the missing gap quite admirably may I add.

Thank God for fan fic because your story filled in so many gaps and made it into a real E! episode. I always get irritated by the powers that be at the time that ruined those few episodes by leaving the entire station out of the show and ended up giving Roy and Johnny little action. Kudos.

thank you for a more sympathetic and complete ending. I didn't like the "survival" movie or any of the others really to the point that I haven't even watched the"Great Escapes" all the way through. If Survival had played out like your story it would have been one of my favorites. Great story and wonderful how you tidied up all the loose ends and incorporated All the guys and Big Red and the squad.
Thoroughly enjoyed your story and putting it into my favorites.

Fantastic piece, and so much better than the episode!

Just would've loved to see 1 scene with Johnny and Dr. Molly (Johnny was looking for her when he and Roy came out of that house.) :) One of the few parts of the episode that I liked is that Dixie seemed more encouraging of Johnny's interest in Molly than that other paramedic! :D

I completely agree with everything you mentioned about the serious lack of anything Station 51 in the movie. Heck, I think Dixie and Morton were in it longer than Gage and Desoto not to mention the rest of Station 51 being completely absent. You did a fantastic job of filling in the plot holes and giving us E! fans what we needed and most definitely did not get. Thank you!

this story was really needed. That movie was a farce. this is the way it should have played. Thank you. And we needed to have closure over the death of the squad. Great job!

Every thing was pitch perfect-the details, the pacing, the character interaction. Brilliant!

Love it! I hated the movie, well except for 17 minutes you actually saw our guys. I didn't know these people, I think they were trying for a TV version of airport, which might of worked if it had been the characters we knew. So your epilogue makes it so much better. Thank you
