I just stayed up way too late and read this in one go. This was the best Betty/Daniel story I've read. Yours writing, the story line, timing, everything was spot on. I loved it, and was so sad when it ended. Vey well done indeed :)

I love that Betty needs time, because Betty obviously wasn't "in love" with Daniel at the end of the series (or maybe she did but didn't realise). Everyone else claims that she is madly in love with him before in the fanfiction world but I think this right here is the first fic with a real reaction from Betty.

I loved that last line about the elephant. Absolutely gorgeous!

I really enjoyed the whole story. It's been hard finding Ugly Betty authors who are good at both grammar and characterization, and you do well with both. There were times when I could really hear Daniel and Betty speaking, which is when I know the characters are spot-on, and I loved it.
