What? How the fuck does it make sense that Buquet would only leave her alone if they were married? Why is Christine forgiving him so far for fucking kidnapping her? Why didn't Nadir push harder or insist on talking to Christine alone? WHY WOULD MARRIAGE STOP BUQUET I LITERALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND

Okay I can't read this story if Erik is going to say things like if he can't have christine he'll kill her and himself. That's just unacceptable and disgusting.

Wonderful story! I wouldn't like being on the run all the time either, but she's with the one she loves and that's all that matters.

I really enjoyed the story at first, but I had to stop because i just dont think christines emotions are believable after shes kidnapped. She cried for her father one time and never really thinks about it afterwards, which imo she shouldve at least mentioned how that added to her stress, despair, and loneliness since she clearly loved her father despite his negligence towards her. I also think she gave into erik way too easily, especially the wedding, and it was just really not believable. This situation would cause fear, rage, and depression that she wouldnt just get over so quickly even if she had feelings for erik. I liked the other aspects of the writing like the imagey, dialogue, and plot for the most part. To me her feelings seem more like stockholm syndrome or submitting to an abusive relationship rather than love.

Hello... woah... This chapter reminds me sort of Beauty and the Beast disney movie... Is it me or Disney's Belle was inspired by the brown haired Christine from the musical?
