OOPS, sorry. Had I come onto Judgment Day, I would have seen that you said the same as I did about Cote's acting. It was really unbelievable. Think you nailed it about Tony too. :)

Don't know if you still receive your reviews but here goes...Recoil was some of the best acting by Cote. She should have won an award for it. I guess everyone who didn't like it was objecting to her sleeping with Michael. But at the time in the show, I believe, Tony was back to his one night stands. I have been reading your stories for the past few weeks and have really enjoyed them. The stories are very interesting and very well written. You are a great writer. Thank you.

I've enjoyed all eighteen chapter's of this story I do hope you will write more.

i don't know if you spelled 'Lederhosen' wrong on purpose, but they're written without 'i' I'd know, i'm from Austria and here they are still worn sometimes, even my fathers second wedding was with Lederhosen and his wife wore a 'Dirndl' (A traditional dress, looks terrible) first time i saw this episode i didn't quite get it.. took me quite a while!
anyways, i feel a little like Ducky right know... just about 2 generations younger.. great story, besides :))

This is brilliantly written. Painful and heartwrenching in places, you've captured so much from these opportunities.

You are absolutely right about how the writers screwed up this episode with the unnecessary emphasis placed on Jeanne's role in Tony's life. Recoil and Cloak are perfect examples of how he's had Ziva on his mind for awhile already (heck, I'd even go so far as to say it was obvious in Agent Afloat as well) so taking a hundred steps backwards by mentioning Jeanne in this episode was a mistake. But then again this entire season was littered with mistakes imo. The blatant character assassination on Ziva was only the tip of the iceberg.

"But if she ever felt the way he feels now, how could she let this happen?"

Ugh! THIS so much! I HATED, absolutely HATED how he dismissed Ziva during that whole arc and to be perfectly honest have always believed that to be the catalyst for everything that has happened since then with Rivkin and Somalia. Of course Tony's boneheaded moron self reared his head again in S7 which lead to Ray. It's like how many times is the woman going to put herself out there for the man she loves before she goes on to find happiness for herself? And now, years later, the writers are still reusing the same storylines with Tiva this year...both of them are single and he's still hitting on other women while obviously still being in love with Ziva and she's still waiting for him to make the first move *sigh*.

I see that you haven't been on this site for close to a year. Are you still watching the show?
