Solid plot, but this story could benefit from either having had a read over before it was posted, or a beta. I could clearly see what you were trying to convey, but you either but the wrong tense in, or forgot small joining words.

I really only wanted to comment to explain why Britannia. The history of the world of Code Geass is exactly the same as our own right up until the American Revolution. In the Code Geass universe Britain won so there was no US and Britain was able to comfortably continue the expansion of their empire. I hope that helps.
