PLEASE PUT TRIGGER WARNINGS! I know you probably didn't mean anything bad, but you really have to put a trigger warning on this! PLEASE! Suicide, depression, issues taking medication, drug abuse, attempted suicide. Also, I believe that puts it in the M category. If you are just looking for a plot device, okay, but please warn people somehow. I know that you want there to be shocks in your story, but this is some people's reality, including mine. You need to keep that in mind and respect that. Just like seeing her mother is a trigger for Cammie, reading stories with things like this, especially unexpectedly, can be triggers for other people. I know I may sound harsh, and I really don't mean to, just this hits very close to home for me.
All that being said, if it is your reality, know you are not alone. I know it can be hard to feel this way, to experience these things, but you are strong. Don't let it overpower you. Reach out to someone, anyone, who can help, don't just write about how you feel within a work of fiction. Remember, having cracks and faults and breaks doesn't mean we are broken. It means we were put to the test and we survived.
