I've read about the philosophy before and I'm happy to see it in a fanfiction. It does fit their situation perfectly and you captured it beautifully. I loved the 'there's always time for a nice cup of tea'. :)

I think every decent story has to have some kind of underlying meaning. Even if it's fanfiction, there's no point in writing it if it doesn't show us something about life or ourselves, and I think that you accomplished that. n.n
